Why did you join the chorus?

I love to sing, and I love Maria. Two good reasons!

What does being a member of Vermont's Freedom & Unity Chorus mean to you?

We are a group of people who care about justice and our common humanity, and we also love to sing which is one of my all-time favorite things to do.

Why should others consider joining the chorus?

We are a fun group who enjoy singing together!

What is one of your greatest passions in life?

Well, singing is one of my greatest passions and I belong currently to 5 different singing groups. I also love to travel and am looking forward to the end of the pandemic when we can travel again.

What motivates you to get up in the morning or keep going through difficult times?

I think it is a sense of purpose – to be an instrument of good in the world, even if it is just in small ways.
