Why did you join the chorus?

I like to sing and I like music that is focused on social justice!

What does being a member of Vermont's Freedom & Unity Chorus mean to you?

Being a member makes me happy. I love singing meaningful songs with neighbors and good friends.

Why should others consider joining the chorus?

Singing in the chorus, which is a great group of people, is fun!

What is one of your greatest passions in life?

Helping small-scale coffee farming families become more food secure means a lot to me on many levels. Over the years I have learned so much from these families, and they continue to motivate me to do more for them and their communities every day.

What motivates you to get up in the morning or keep going through difficult times?

Coffee farming families and knowing that a good cup of coffee isn't far away!
